If there is one thing that I really enjoy and excel at, it is building things. I'm good with my problem-solver brain and a techy hand, so I treat automated workflow creations as a puzzle that requires massive accuracy, extreme precision, and an eye for detail. The same goes for creating funnels and websites where I can unleash my creativity.
Below are some of my Creassions -- without a leak, without a spill.
Workflow 1: Lead Routing & Engagement Workflow
Details
This workflow automatically segments leads based on their credit score and routes them into the appropriate pipeline stage and tags them accordingly. It segments form submissions using the field inside the form (credit score), and I set different actions based on their data. Qualified leads receive a direct consultation booking link, while others are nurtured through an ebook offer. A smart behavior system then tracks engagement and follows up accordingly.
Key Actions
Trigger: Pre-Qualify
If Credit Score ≥ 680
Add Tag: Funding Ready
Move Opportunity to “Pre Qualified”
Send Consultation Booking Link
If Credit Score 640–679
Move Opportunity to “Ebook Offered”
Send Ebook Offer
If Credit Score < 640
Move Opportunity to “Not Qualified”
Send Ebook Offer
Smart Behavior System (for booking link recipients):
If Trigger Link Clicked
Add Tag: engaged
Send SMS with booking encouragement
If Message Opened, but No Trigger Link Clicked
Add Tag: lurking
Send SMS to prompt action
If No Activity after 48 Hours
Add Tag: cold-lead
Move to reactivation workflow
Workflow 2: Ebook Purchase & Webhook Catching
Details
This workflow captures ebook buyers from Payhip using a webhook and automatically creates them as contacts in the CRM. Once tagged and organized, they receive their ebook along with a structured follow-up sequence. The sequence nurtures the lead with value and reintroduces the consultation offer later.
Key Actions
Trigger: Ebook Purchase (via webhook)
Capture buyer details from Payhip webhook and create/update contact in CRM
Add Tag: Ebook Buyer
Move Opportunity to “Ebook Purchased”
Send Email with ebook delivery link
Start Follow-Up Sequence:
Send value-driven emails
Re-offer consultation at later stage
Workflow 3: Social Media DM Capture
Details
This workflow instantly responds to incoming social media DMs and qualifies leads based on their intent. Users are guided to either a funding form or a credit-repair ebook depending on their response. Button options on Facebook and Instagram streamline replies and improve conversion.
Key Actions
Trigger: Incoming DM (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Send Immediate Auto-Response message asking intent (funding or credit)
For Facebook & Instagram:
Present button options for quick selection (Funding / Credit)
If Response = “funding”
Send the form link for the qualification form
Add Tag: social-funding-lead
Send to Qualification Workflow
If Response = “credit”
Send the ebook link
Add Tag: social-credit-lead
Workflow 4: Ebook Follow Up (No Purchase)
Details
This workflow follows up with leads who have already received a message for an ebook purchase but haven’t purchased within 24 hours. It uses short nudges via SMS to drive action and monitors engagement behavior. Leads are then tagged based on their interaction for better segmentation. Messages are only sent if the lead has not yet purchased the ebook, ensuring a balanced and non-pushy approach.
Key Actions
Trigger: Tag = ebook-sent AND no purchase after 24 hours
Send SMS 1: Initial follow-up message prompting them to check the ebook
Delay: 24 hours
Send SMS/DM 2: Urgency-based message to encourage action
If Link Clicked:
Add Tag: engaged
If No Action:
Add Tag: lurking
